BAKED FETA PASTA

All you have to do is focus on quality ingredients and the rest will practically make itself. Here I've chosen fresh feta, Cucina and Amore evoo, and fresh produce. Simply throw it in a bake dish and kick your feet up

Ingredients

Grape tomatoes Shallot Garlic EVOO Kosher salt Red pepper flakes Feta Fresh thyme Pasta Lemon  Fresh basil

Prepare your pasta of choice. Be sure to salt the water and add some EVOO. Reserve a 1/2 cup of the pasta water when its done cooking for the dish. 

Add the ingredients to an oven proof dish with olive oil on the bottom and top of everything. Tuck the garlic and thyme into the tomatoes and feta. 

Once the baking time is up, add in the pasta and reserved pasta water along with some lemon zest over the top.
