PORK YAKI  UDON NOODLES

Fifteen minutes to dinner! What's not to like. Pick your protein and vegetables and you're ready to go, or simply keep it vegetarian.

Ingredients

Udon noodles Favorite stir fry veggies (mushrooms, onions, broccolini, bok choy, etc) Scallions Ground pork Avocado oil Dark soy sauce Oyster sauce Mirin rice wine Brown sugar Rice wine vinegar

Using a wok makes this recipe really easy! It's got the space and it retains the heat really well all over. 

Avocado oil can take the heat! It's the safest oil for high heat cooking, with a high smoke point of 500°F. You can use avocado oil just like any other regular frying oil, while also making a healthier choice.
