Dried black lentils
Garic
Broth
EVOO
Red wine vinegar
Honey
Cumin
Dijon mustard
Salt, pepper
Kale
Heirloom tomato

Cook lentils:
Sort lentils for stones and rinse. Cook the lentils in chicken broth and its ready in about 18-20 min.
This salad is exotic, hearty, and beautiful, a real show stopper at the dinner table.
Shake all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a mason jar and drizzle on when ready.
