MEDITERRANEAN BLACK LENTIL SALAD

A superb meal packed with crunchy veggies, creamy feta, and tangy, earthy vinaigrette that pack delicious health bennies baby!

Ingredients

Dried black lentils Garic Broth EVOO Red wine vinegar Honey Cumin Dijon mustard Salt, pepper Kale Heirloom tomato Red bell pepper Shallot Arugula Green olives Feta cheese

Cook lentils: Sort lentils for stones and rinse. Cook the lentils in chicken broth and its ready in about 18-20 min. 

This salad is exotic, hearty, and beautiful, a real show stopper at the dinner table. 

Shake all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a mason jar and drizzle on when ready.
