STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE PUFF PASTRY HEARTS

These are fast and delicious! Using pre-made puff pastries such as Pepperidge Farms, these come together in a flash.

INGREDIENTS Cream cheese Castor Sugar Vanilla Lemon Eggs Puff pastry Strawberries Powdered sugar

Prepare the cream cheese filling first. Using a piping bag will help prepare the dessert easily.

Don't have a piping bag on hand?  Fill a zip lock baggie with the cream cheese mixture and snip the corner in place of a piping bag.

Roll out the puff pastry dough.

Use the larger heart cutter, you should cut out about 8 pastry outlines. Then use the smaller heart to make a slight indent in the heart.

Egg wash the outside of the heart and sprinkle castor sugar on it, then pipe in the filling to the inside heart.

Place 2 thinly sliced fresh strawberry pieces over the filling.

Bake your tasty treats!

 Dust powder sugar over the tops before serving!
