What We're Making:  Fresh mangoes that have been tossed in a homemade passion fruit curd, all over a light and airy no-bake cream cheese filling. This tropical fruit mixture is nestled in a graham cracker crust.

 Prepare a homemade graham cracker crust.  Easy step-by-step instructions are on the blog.

This no-bake cream cheese filling  prepared with a stand mixer (or hand mixer). Be sure that your ingredients are at room temperature so you don't have any lumps.
