Ingredients

  • 8 pepperoncini’s (70 g), whole & destemmed, jarred
  • 1 clove garlic (3 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (3 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (3 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (3 g)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (226 g)
  • Pepper to taste (1 g), optional
  • 2 tablespoon pepperoncini brine (24 ml)

Instructions

  • Prep: Destem pepperoncini, peel the garlic, roughly chop the herbs.
  • Blend: Add pepperoncini, garlic, dill, parsley, basil, mayo, pepper, and 1 tablespoon pepperoncini brine to a food processor. Pulse until mostly smooth with small flecks.
  • Taste and chill: Adjust pepper or brine, chill 15 minutes to marry flavors.
