¾cupSiggi’s Yogurt(170g) or favorite yogurt
2tablespoonsCrispy Quinoa Cinnamon Nutmeg Recipe
1teaspoonbutter
1tablespoonmaple syrup
1Nectarine or another stone fruit e.g. plum, peach
Instructions
Place butter in a small fry pan. Allow to begin to brown.
Place a fruit of choice cut open in half, place face down in pan, allow to seer one minute with a lid on to mildly soften and warm up.
Removed lid and continue to sear until golden brown, another 1-2 minutes.
About halfway, add fresh thyme to allow the thyme to soften and become fragrant.
At the very end, add the maple syrup, allow to warm in pan quickly to warm and coat your fruit. Do not linger on this step too long, you do not want your maple to harden into “candy”. Drizzle any extra sauce from the pan either onto the base of your bowl, or over your final plated dish.
Plate yogurt in a bowl, then place the prepared, seared fruit on the yogurt.
Garnish with cinnamon nutmeg crispy quinoa. Enjoy!
