Ingredients

  • ¼ cup dijon mustard prepared wet (65 g)
  • 4 tbs honey (85 g)
  • 3 tbs apple cider vinegar (45 ml)
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice optional, (14 ml)
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt (1.5 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (60 ml)

Instructions

  • First, add honey, apple cider, fresh lemon juice to a mason jar. Give it a quick whisk with a fork to dissolve the honey.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Secure the lid, and then shake until blended.

Notes

  • For quick precise measuring and quick clean up, use a scale and measure all your ingredients directly into a mason jar.
  • Will last for up to three weeks refrigerated
  • If you enjoy your dressing more tart, add an extra tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice. 
  • Vegan Version: substitute the honey for 6 tbs of pure maple syrup (126g)
