Moroccan Cauliflower and Couscous

You will love this Moroccan cauliflower and couscous recipe because the roasted cauliflower and red bell peppers combined with the flavorful red Moroccan sauce create a delightful and aromatic blend of savory and spicy tastes.

Ingredients

Red bell peppers Garlic Parsley Salt Olive oil Cauliflower RED MOROCCAN SAUCE Tomatoes Garlic Jalapeno  Salt Paprika Caraway seeds Tomato paste Harissa paste Date syrup Parsley leaves

Prepare the red sauce by adding the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Place the sauce on the bottom of  a baking dish and add in the veggies before baking. They'll be golden and slightly charred when they are done!
