Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups mango fresh, chopped (2 mangoes/8oz)
  • ¾ cup orange juice divided (6.2oz/175g)
  • 2 tablespoon honey divided, (agave for vegan)
  • 1 ½ cups strawberries fresh, quartered(12 strawberries/8.5oz)

Instructions

  • For the Strawberry: Blend strawberries, 6 tablespoons of orange juice (88g), and 1 tablespoons of honey until smooth. Pour into the molds first, filling only half way. Rinse blender.
  • For the Mango: Blend the mango, 6 tablespoons of orange juice (88g), and 1 tablespoons of honey until smooth. Pour into the “top half” of the mold, filling to the top, leaving ½” for expansion while freezing.
  • Taking a popsicle stick, poke into the molds to create an ombre effect.
  • Place the popsicle mold lid onto the popsicle mold base, and insert popsicles sticks. Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from the molds and enjoy!
