Ingredients for Strawberry Mango Sunrise Popsicles

- Honey: Sweeten naturally with a touch of rich, golden honey (use agave for a vegan option).

HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY MANGO SUNRISE POPSICLES
- For the Strawberry: Blend strawberries, 6 tablespoons of orange juice (88g), and 1 tablespoons of honey until smooth. Pour into the molds first, filling only half way. Rinse blender.
- For the Mango: Blend the mango, 6 tablespoons of orange juice (88g), and 1 tablespoons of honey until smooth. Pour into the “top half” of the mold, filling to the top, leaving ½” for expansion while freezing.
- Taking a popsicle stick, poke into the molds to create an ombre effect.
- Place the popsicle mold lid onto the popsicle mold base, and insert popsicles sticks. Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the molds and enjoy!
