Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (5oz) hulled, about 5 strawberries
  • c olive oil frutato by @cucinaandamore
  • c white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbs honey or maple syrup if vegan
  • 1 tbs stone ground dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place everything in a food processor or small blender and give it a quick buzz.

Notes

Substitutions:
    • Thawed from frozen will work off season
    • A quality strawberry preserve will also work. Be sure to reduce your honey to adjust for extra sugar content in a strawberry preserve.
