I'm the founder and CEO of RubySnap Fresh Cookies, which I opened in Salt Lake City in 2008, and the creator of Bite Me Industries, where I share ingredient knowledge, tested recipes, and the stories of the farmers, millers, ranchers, and makers behind our food. You may have seen me on Studio 5 KSL or teaching at Orson Gygi.

My favorite place will always be around the family table on a Sunday, sharing good food and making memories.
